On June 1st of 2006 I got sick and tired of being sick and tired. I wrote a personal mission statement detailing my intention to increase my health. It all started with a shift to a raw food vegan diet.

I made a two year plan for physical healing. And there was a lot of physical healing to do. At that time I was dealing with a rare mold in my lungs. This condition completely disabled me. I could not breathe deeply, I slept 10-12 hours a day, my lungs constantly ached, and I was beyond exhausted. I also have a herniated disk in my back and was in pain all the time. I was on heavy duty pain pills, anti-inflammatory drugs, anti-depressants, asthma and allergy medications; twelve prescription drugs in all -- and that's only the ones I took daily -- at the age of 46!

The form my intention to heal took was *Univera*, which came into my life in March of 2007. These products brought my health to a new level--WAY beyond the wieght loss I'd already experienced from the change in my diet. As I took Univera's unique, cellular renewing products, I began to discard my prescription drugs one by one.

For me, having a health and wellness business is an incredibly spiritual process. When I get to see others begin to look and feel younger, lose weight, regain mobility, get passion back into their lives, the feeling I get is beyond joy and gratitude. It's humbling.
